The hotel was good situated. Just 10 Min. from the Metro station and about 20 Min. to the Blue Mosque. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok due to the price. The breakfast was nice. I would highly recommand this hotel for budget travellers.

The location is great (ATM, a grocery store and a restaurant on the same street) and so are the rooms. The staff ist friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the hotel is completly renovated. Just 20 minutes from the airport by taxi (35 TL = 14 €).
Decent sized rooms although the bathroom was a bit small, but than again this isn't the Hilton - if you are looking for a luxurious accommodation you have to pay for it. In this hotel you get your money's worth and more. Great for travelling on a budget.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Rooms were nice, beds were fairly comfortable, everything was very clean and new towels daily were very nice. The staff were very nice- the people at reception all helped us with our questions- even when they had to search online and ask others for help! We always figured out what we needed, and they were very kind and apologetic when I was accidentally overcharged, and were great at fixing the problem.
The only negative thing was that we had lots of trouble finding the place! Perhaps it is because we had trouble reading the turkish address, but even asking for directions did not help very much. It turns out it is just a block off of the main street, we just didn't know we had to turn. Other than that, it was a very good experience.
Free continental breakfast every morning was also a godsend!

Coming from another Istanbul hotel, where they had no room for the remainder of my stay, this hotel was a disappointment.
The staff was rather unfriendly, ignored me even when I was standing right in front of the counter several times, the breakfast was very poor and the area noisy and not well situated for site seeing. Internet was rather slow most of the time, the airconditioning didn't work and the bathroom stank of fungus, the non-smoking room of smoke.
But: the prize was good, the room large and comfortable and the bed was good. For people coming to do business who want a no nonsense, low prized hotel, it's good enough.

I stayed in Beyaz Kugu Hotel for two nights, and it was a great experience. The reception was fantastic and the guys there try to make it worth returning to.

The hotel is small, but with very good location and very clean. The bathrooms are new and clean, the rooms are with normal size, they are also very clean. The breakfast was very nice - a lot of dishes and large choice of food. It is the perfect hotel for tourists - it is not very expensive, it is not very cheap, but this is the best hotel in its class in which I have been. Only the wireless is a problem in the room, but there is a internet ( wireless) in the lobby. I would like to recomend this hotel to all visitors of Istnabul. Enjoy.
