a nice small hotel very close to the old city. clean rooms.
an extremely friendly and helpfull staff. the only small negativ point: the rooms have a bad noise isolation.

As soon as i arrived at the reception with my partner we did not receive a "warm" welcome. The clerk was distant, unpolite and very rude. He informed us about the condictions and everything.We did not pay attention because was for my partner the first time in Istanbul and i was so happy to show him this beatiful city. By the way, the room was in another hotel meanwhile the breakfast was in another one and that was not a problem for us. The room was big enogh and the staff at that section was very friendly. The night before our departure i decided to pay the room. When i went to the main hotel i met the same clerk who at the beginning he refused my request because according to him he did not have cash. I simply replied that i wanted to pay with my credit card. At this point the clark was frustrated,distant and very rude again (no smiles and he made very angry faces) therefore i asked him if there was something wrong with us and i explained him that being so many times in Istanbul i never been treated like that. The guy realized that he was making something wrong and until i left the hotel paying with the credit card he did not look at me again in the face. Summariring the room was good but the service at the reception was very far from being up to the standard. When i came back some friends of mine asked me how was the trip and the hotel and to be honest i did not recommended your hotel only because of the reception.

Great location in the centre of old Istanbul, 3 minute walk from the Aya Sofia and 5 mins from the Topkapi Palace. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a little on the small side, but clean and tidy. Aircon provided but not very powerful. The only downside is the building work going on next door - not too noisy, but if you ask, they will move you to a room away from the building site. Overall, great location, good value, but small rooms.

The Hotel sits in a very good location, near the most atractions of Istanbul.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. But could be more cleaner

The hotel was very clean and well renovated. The service was great and so was the location, in the centre of everything and close to major sights. We were very surprised and would stay there again. The roof top terrace for breakfast was also fantastic and you could see the Blue Mosque on one side and the Sea on the other. Highly recommend it.
