very disappointed . This was not what a 4 star hotel should be like. Very low grade breakfast - produce not fresh, eggs hard as rock and not fresh, little choice, cold tea and more; room service bad; management not helpful.

We had a great stay - excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, decent service. Being literally around the corner from Taksim Square made transport easy, and the magical Istiklal Caddesi, where one can while away hours, was just a short walk away.
Just one word of advice - it would be helpful if the front desk kept a list of airline office numbers for guests' easy reference - we lost valuable time trying to make a simple query only because the right phone number was unavailable.

Butik Star hotel has a breathless view to bosphorus sea. We take a delux double room, which was huge, with a balcony. Staff was very good. The only thing they must do something is the poor breakfast.

location is really great
but room is tiny: in double room i could not open door completely (even 90 degrees) bec of bed. I think i must be warned ab it in advance.
two plugs out of three did not work. when i answered cell while charging i felt current rush - it was fun...
staff was friendly and service good.
breakfast - i would strongly advise to go out...

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Hotel Butik Star. The hotel is very well located, the hotel staff is extremely courteous and the rooms are well furnished and very comfortable.The only inconvenience we faced was that all the electrical sockets are two pin and since there were no three pin sockets we were unable to charge our mobiles. The three pin adaptor in the hotel was not the right size and therefore of no use. The result was that we were out of contact with our home country. This is a minor issue which the hotel must address.
