Cancellation Policy

This policy defines how to handle cancellations
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Single Supplement Policy
|
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good in the middle of the Old Town, all major sights being within walking distance.The staff was kind serving us to our satisfaction and the breakfast buffet, served in turkish style, good enough with many local specialities. Towels were replaced daily and the room, very small but useable, was equipped with necessary facilities. The bathroom, frankly, is absolutely the smallest ever seen; e.g. the door could not be closed due to the newly installed, a marginally too large wash basin.

Nice Hotel, Clean, Modern appliances, reasonable price, in the heart of sultanahmet.
I would recommend a stay at this hotel.
also there is a fantastic view from the roof terrace of the whole city.
the only gripe I have is that they messed up our reservation and we had to stay in a 3 star hotel on the first night, though I do believe that this was the booking agents fault not passing our reservation details on to the hotel.
other than that. a great place to stay.

A very nice hotel, with a friendly staff. Ask for a room on a 5th floor and indulge in their generous breakfast which is actually included in the price....
Would recomend it to anyone.

This is the perfect starting point for those who like to walk the Old and New City. The hotel is not designed for hanging around. It is also near the tram. The hotel was under renovation when we went in March but this did not matter. The hotel staff made us very welcome. The breakfast facilities are a bit cramped, and the fitness Centre somewhat limited. It is value for money however.

Room was very nice, check-in process efficient, staff friendly and courteous. Excellent value for money considering the discounted rate I got via website; I might not feel the same way if I had paid the regular rate posted at reception. Breakfast was good as well.
