I was originally booked to stay at the Titanic Port Hotel for 7 nights. Due to the fact that a number of guests extended their stay by several days, I was informed upon arrival that a room was not available. Normally this would have been a disaster, especially after arriving from a 10+ hour overnight flight! The hotel manager and staff acted very quickly and got me a room at a nearby hotel of the same class and at the same rate I would have paid at the Titanic. They made sure that I was comfortable while this was going on and provided me with a delicious (and huge) breakfast while waiting for them to secure all of the details and they would not allow me to pay afterwards. They then put me into a cab to the new hotel and paid for the ride!!! I have stayed in more hotels than I would care to remember, all over the world and the level of service I experienced in less than an hour at the Titanic Port Hotel ensures that I will be a guest in this hotel upon my next trip to Istanbul.
The property itself is beautiful with courteous, helpful and attentive staff and shopping is literally next door and across the street. It took about ten minutes via taxi from airport.
Conveniently located for business, shopping and travel with a beautiful property and excellent staff...all at a very reasonable cost! What more could you ask for in a hotel?

Herseyi ile 5 yildiz konforunu yasatiyor Titanic otel. Odalari yeterince konforlu ve genis, her turlu detay dusunulmus. Yataklari gercekten rahat. Tek kusur yeni olan oda kapilari gurultu ile kapaniyor, bu da gece vakitlerinde rahatsiz ediyor. Genel olarak cok memnun kaldigimiz bir konaklama oldu.
